FREE DELIVERY, SHIPPING & HANDLING

We take great pride in ensuring that all items purchased from us will leave our hanger in such a way that they arrive with you in perfect condition

Our prints are rolled using acid-free tissue paper and then carefully placed into a heavy duty tube (please do not leave prints rolled in the tube for too long, as over time the print will forget it was ever flat!).

Any local sales duties or taxes are to be paid for by the shopper and are not the responsibility of Wings Over Oz.

Our global delivery partner is DHL so you can be assured that via DHL’s gps package tracking system your delivery will be tracked from the time it’s dispatched to delivery to your door.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES We process all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS? You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.
